1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Friend Path Finder ("the Service"), operated by Arbastro at friendpath.arbastro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Arbastro ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Friend Path Finder is a free online tool that discovers the degrees of separation between any two Roblox player accounts by traversing publicly available friend network data through Roblox's official APIs. The Service includes:

• Bidirectional breadth-first search (BFS) pathfinding through Roblox friend networks
• 3D interactive network graph visualization of friend connections
• Shareable result links with rich social media embeds
• Mutual friend detection and display between path users
• Player profile information retrieved from public Roblox APIs

3. Advertising & Monetization

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• First scan: Your first scan per session is provided free of charge without any advertisement requirement.
• Subsequent scans: After your first scan, you will be required to view a rewarded video advertisement before each additional scan. The video must be watched in its entirety before the scan will initiate.
• Ad blockers: The use of ad-blocking software, browser tracking prevention features, or any other technology that prevents advertisements from loading will result in restricted access to the scan functionality. We reserve the right to limit or deny access to users who circumvent or interfere with the advertising system.
• Third-party advertisers: Advertisements are served by AppLixir and its advertising partners, including Google Ad Manager. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable the advertising gate through any technical means, including but not limited to: page refreshing, script injection, browser developer tools manipulation, or ad-blocker circumvention techniques
• Make an unreasonable or disproportionately large number of requests to the Service that could overload or impair server performance
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or gather information about Roblox users for malicious purposes
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its results without our express written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity while using the Service

5. Roblox Data & Third-Party APIs

The Service retrieves data from Roblox Corporation's public APIs. You acknowledge that:

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation.
• All friend data, profile information, and avatar images are sourced from Roblox's publicly accessible APIs and are the property of Roblox Corporation and its users.
• The accuracy, completeness, and availability of Roblox data is outside our control. Friend lists may be incomplete, restricted, or unavailable due to Roblox's privacy settings, regional regulations (such as the UK Age Appropriate Design Code), or API limitations.
• We do not guarantee that a path will be found between any two users, or that the path shown is the shortest possible path.

6. Shareable Links

The Service generates shareable URLs that allow other users to view and re-run specific scans. By sharing a link generated by the Service, you agree that:

• The linked content is publicly accessible to anyone with the URL
• Recipients of shared links are subject to these same Terms of Service, including the advertising requirements
• We are not responsible for how shared links are used or distributed by third parties

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, user interface, visual assets, and branding are the intellectual property of Arbastro. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission. Roblox user data displayed through the Service remains the property of Roblox Corporation and its respective users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARBASTRO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arbastro and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where practicable.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
